Students from Ebbsfleet Academy visit Elephant Park and the RIBA in London
In April, we invited students from Ebbsfleet Academy to visit the Elephant Park in London to see an example of a multifunctional park. They met with architect Neil Matthew from Gillespies who designed the Park, and talked to him about the recent planning and development of the area.
This was followed by a trip to RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) for a workshop with landscape architect Yours Ali, during which the students explored and developed their favourite ideas for Ebbsfleet and created 3D models.
